A former tenured graduate studies professor in clinical and organizational psychology, I provide psychotherapeutic interventions to help clients manage the difficult transitions of life, including the workplace.
My clients include (a) individuals navigating the difficult transitions of life; (b) professionals struggling to navigate the dynamics of their careers and the resulting impact on their personal lives; and (c) individuals struggling to escape cognitive distortions that proliferate unhealthy conflict, anxiety, and/or depression.
